So that’s me out in the big bad world.. Oh dear, it’s going to be scary..

I never ever imagined that i would be sat here, knowing that i stuck out the full 6 years of academy, wow. I mean honestly, wow. Words can’t describe the relief and complete and utter proudness i feel right now. I know i don’t have a job yet and things are still a bit messy but, I did it. I left school with qualifications that are of use to me.. NEVER THOUGHT I’D SAY THAT.

I have such a busy next 2 weeks on my hands! (N) to the lack of long lies i’ll get but nevermind! it will be worth it :).

Tomorrow, 1st June, I start my work experience at my old primary school, bit ironic isn’t it? Leaving academy and starting primary school again.. Awkward but going to be a total buzz to be working with my old primary 5 teacher! I’ll be spending my Thursday afternoons and Fridays there helping out! - It’s gonna look good on my CV because i arranged it all myself! *proud moment*

Tomorrow night i’m meeting up with the gang from school, aw so excited, i actually can’t wait to see everyone because well, it’s been a while since we went on study leave and i don’t see many people anymore.

On the 6th of June i have my guide leaders bodyshop party then the 7th i have my pals bodyshop party, thats a lot of partys that won’t be partys…

On the 12th i have a doctors appointment which i HAVE to remember about because i was supposed to have it this morning and well i was convinced it was tomorrow and when i called to reschedule… the lady didn’t sound too impressed lets just say!

In between all of that! Tonight i have our guiding street party to celebrate the Queens Jubilee! - Hopefully will be good even though i haven’t a clue whats going on because i’ve been busy with studying..ish…

We have our last night at guides on the 14th June and we’re going bowling, aw! This should be quite funny with my lot of guides, i just hope none of them drop one on their toes!!

Well yesterday i had a really good day, Despite having only had 5 hours sleep, studying for 3 hours then sitting a 2 and a half hour exam, i had such a good workout at the gym! Did 5km on the bike machine, 20 sit ups, running on the tredmill, 4 repetitions of 12 weights! then went out for 2 long walks! Beach bod, here i come ;).

Listening to everyones advice and drinking a ton of water! My aim is to get me down to 10 stone, I mean it’s only a stone to lose after all!

I got to get a good catch up with my bestie yesterday aswel, aw i’m going to miss her so much when she leaves to go to Aberdeen :(. GET THE TISSUES OUT!

I shall keep you posted on the weight loss!! Chow for now!! ♥

Splatter Manicure

1. Begin by painting your nails with a light-colored polish. We used OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls.

2. Dip a slanted makeup brush or small paintbrush in a bright, saturated polish. Next, quickly dip the polish-covered brush in a bit of nail polish remover to thin it out.

3. Channel your inner preschooler and pull back on the brush to splatter polish across your nails. It’s a messy process, so make sure you’re working on a covered surface!

4. Continue splattering with as many polishes as you’d like (We used three bright colors).

5. Now comes clean-up. Begin by using a remover-soaked cotton ball to wipe away the splatters on your hands and fingers. After most of the splatters are cleaned up, switch to a small remover-dipped makeup brush to clean up the skin right around your nails.

6. Add a top coat and get ready to answer “How did you do that?” for the rest of the day. This is such a fun, unexpected look!
